ASTM D3241 Thermal Oxidation Stability of Aviation Turbine Fuels (JFTOT Procedure) requires a strict conformance for the jet fuel industry for this critical test.
The Falex 400 matches results due to the critical equipment specification that controls the heater test section and test conditions.
It has been produced in accordance with ASTM D3241 TABLE 2 Critical Operating Characteristics of JFTOT Instruments and has been found through extensive independent testing to produce results equivalent to the existing D3241 instruments.
Further the D3241 heater tubes manufactured by Falex are a cost effective alternative to industry heater tubes. These heater tubes have identical metallurgy, dimensions, surface finish and test results to accepted heater tubes. And like OEM heater tubes each tube is individually identified with a serial number. |
